Press Release Sisel Internation 8 June 2007

SISEL PROGRESS UNHINDERED BY NEWAYS LAWSUIT June 8, 2007 Salem, Utah

Neways International has filed a lawsuit against SISEL International, a competing company in the health and personal care industry. Tom Mower Sr., founder and, until November 2006 a co-owner of Neways, along with sons Tom Mower Jr., and Darick Mower, and several others have been named in the suit.

The lawsuit contains allegations that, among other things, SISEL has misappropriated and is using Neways’ confidential and proprietary information in the operation of its business. In an initial hearing immediately after the case was filed, the court made no finding of wrongdoing by any of the defendants.

Responding to the lawsuit, Darick Mower, President of Sisel said; “We recognize this lawsuit for what it is: a transparent attempt to slow by litigation the progress of what could become the greatest network marketing company in history. Our pre-launch growth has been absolutely staggering, yet we haven’t even begun to compete. We understand Neways’ desperate attempt to thwart our progress. It means they understand we are a formidable force and recognize us as one of their most powerful competitors. We believe they fear that Neways distributors will be more loyal to the Mower family than to Neways. We take that as a huge compliment. What we don’t agree with is the basis for their claims. We intend to vigorously defend our position.”

Tom Mower Jr., CEO of SISEL, said; “We will aggressively defend our right to provide the greatest products anywhere. We aren’t interested in taking cheap shots at our competitors. SISEL is built on our original objectives; a firm foundation of science, innovation, and our mission to provide safe, effective, alternative products. Our ability to compete will stand on its own merits, not on our ability to sue our competitors. The Mower family has proven its ability in the past and is proving it again with SISEL.”

SISEL International is preparing to launch in Japan, the United States, and several other countries within the year. Bob Kaelin, Director of Sales, said; “SISEL is founded on 5 core principles which constitute the company’s name as an acronym; Science, Innovation, Success, Energy, and Longevity. Our aim, through cutting-edge science and true innovation, is to bring greater success to people all over the world by creating products that will provide the body with more energy and help people live longer, fuller, happier lives.”

SISEL’s approach is to offer superior personal care and nutritional products to anyone seeking a healthier lifestyle. Since the inception of SISEL, large numbers of distributors have chosen to follow the Mowers to our new company. Our distributors are firm believers in what is known as the “Mower Mission,” which has now become a major component of SISEL’s early success. It is defined as a creed to offer healthy nutritional supplements and safe alternatives to mainstream personal care products by avoiding the addition of potentially toxic or harmful ingredients to our products.

SISEL manufactures personal care and nutritional products in a huge new state-of-the-art nutriceutical plant in Springville, Utah.
